House Khotov

This house project in Khotiv is the embodiment of minimalist elegance, where every element is carefully crafted to create harmony and comfort.

For this project, we paid special attention to the combination of textures and materials. The emphasis is on the natural beauty of light wood with its pronounced grain, echoing the interior's neutral tones and monochromatic surfaces. This contrast lends depth and character to the space. This is particularly noticeable in the kitchen, where wooden cabinets are paired with white glossy cabinets, and in the bedroom, where the wall behind the bed, adorned with wooden slats, becomes a focal point.

The clients' primary goal was to create a space where minimal details provide maximum comfort. We achieved this through thoughtful lighting – hidden LED lighting in the kitchen and minimalist sconces in the bedroom, creating a soft ambiance.

The interior, which we strived to combine functionality and natural aesthetics, does not distract from the surrounding landscape but rather harmoniously complements it. Open spaces and large windows expand the rooms, allowing for views. We fulfilled all the clients' wishes, emphasizing comfort and a minimalist interior. A fireplace, a perfect addition that enhances the cozy atmosphere, promises warm evenings with family.
