Residential Complex "Ok Land"

For this 44 m² flat in the "Ok Land" residential complex, the main aim was to create a striking yet comfortable space without overloading it with details.

Particular attention was paid to the layout of the kitchen-living room area — it combines a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a relaxation space, whilst a well-thought-out storage system helps maintain a sense of order and space.

The character of the interior is defined by deep green tones, the natural texture of wood and warm neutral shades. The focal point is the decorative chandelier above the dining table, which adds drama to the composition, whilst well-thought-out localised lighting makes the space feel cosier. A separate workspace by the window has been provided — it is seamlessly integrated into the overall design and does not disrupt the integrity of the interior. As a result, every metre of the flat has been utilised as effectively as possible, whilst preserving its functionality, comfort and visual lightness.
