Residential Complex "Varshavsky"

In this design for a flat in the ‘Varshavsky’ residential complex, the main idea was to create a space that is as bright and visually airy as possible, where every element contributes to a sense of comfort. The combination of warm wooden textures with a soft, neutral colour palette plays a key role, giving the interior a cosy yet modern and understated feel. Considerable attention was paid to the kitchen-living room area — it combines functionality and aesthetics whilst remaining easy on the eye. Contrasting black details serve as the focal point of the space, adding character and emphasising the clean lines. A key request from the clients was to create an interior that would remain timeless, so we opted for clean lines, built-in solutions and well-thought-out lighting. Every detail was carefully integrated into the overall concept, creating a harmonious space for everyday living where practicality blends with a sense of tranquillity and homely comfort.
